Leopard Gecko (Eublepharis macularius)

Sunny is a rescue leopard gecko. Named for their spots, leopard geckos are sometimes referred to as the first domesticated lizard. Unlike other geckos, the leopard gecko does not have lamellae, which is what makes geckos able to climb smooth surfaces. They are carnivores and primarily eat insects.

Likes: Insects, hanging out in a cave

Dislikes: Sudden bright lights
